Graduated in Law at the University of São Paulo, he holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Civil Procedural Law from the same University. He obtained the title of Full Professor and Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, where he teaches in undergraduate and graduate courses.
Lawyer active in the advisory and litigation areas (judicial and arbitration) involving Civil Procedural Law, Civil, Family and Probate, Corporate, Business and Administrative Law.
Active arbitrator in the main Chambers of Arbitration and Mediation in Brazil.
He was a judge at the São Paulo Regional Electoral Court from 2006 to 2012. On March 21, 2011, he received the Paulista Electoral Merit necklace, in view of the services provided to the democratic experience and the State’s electoral process before the Regional Electoral Court of São Paulo.
