The Firm works in the advisory area by issuing opinions and legal opinions, drafting legal instruments (such as wills, deeds and contracts in general, antinuptial pacts, family agreements, among others) and providing advice in general.

We also work on succession planning projects, in an integrated manner with other areas of the Firm.

In the contentious area, the firm’s activities take place in various disputes (inventories, separation processes, division of assets, dissolution of society, among others), whether national or international, that is, involving the division of assets located in Brazil and in the outside.
